Terms & Conditions

By booking our photobooth services, you grant BCool Photobooth permission to use photographs and videos taken during your event for marketing and promotional purposes, including but not limited to:

• Social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Website gallery and portfolio displays
• Print and digital advertising materials
• Marketing brochures and promotional content

If you prefer your photos NOT be used for marketing purposes, please inform us in writing at the time of booking.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information:

• Personal information is collected only for booking and service delivery purposes
• We do not sell or share your information with third parties
• Event photos are stored securely and shared only with authorized event attendees
• You may request removal of your photos from our marketing materials at any time

Deposits: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking date.

Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 7 days before your event.

Cancellation Policy:

• 30+ days before event: Deposit forfeited, no additional charges
• 15-29 days before event: 50% of total package cost
• Less than 14 days: 100% of package cost due

Rescheduling: One free date change allowed with 30+ days notice. Additional changes subject to availability and SCR500 fee.

Exceptional Circumstances: We understand emergencies happen. In special cases, BCool Photobooth may offer a credit toward a future booking at our discretion.

Setup Requirements:

• Minimum 10x10 feet space required for booth setup
• Access to standard electrical outlet within 10 Meters
• Setup time of 60-90 minutes before event start
• Venue must allow photobooth setup (client responsibility to verify)

Access & Parking: Client must ensure suitable access to the setup area, including loading zones or nearby parking for setup/removal. Additional fees may apply for difficult access (stairs, long distances, or restricted loading times).

Event Duration: Packages include specified hours of operation. Overtime available at SCR850/hour, subject to availability.

Overtime Authorization: Overtime must be approved by the client or event coordinator on-site and is charged in one-hour increments.

Weather Policy: For outdoor events, covered area required. Rain-outs can be rescheduled without penalty with 24-hour notice.

Unforeseen Delays: BCool Photobooth is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including venue access restrictions, late guest arrivals, or power issues. Lost time due to such delays will not be added to the service period.

Client Responsibilities: Client is responsible for guest behavior and any damage to equipment caused by guests. A damage fee of up to SCR5,000 may apply for equipment damage.

Client Consent for Guests: The client is responsible for informing guests that photos and videos may be captured during the event.

Force Majeure: Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or other unforeseen events.

Limitation of Liability: BCool Photobooth liability is limited to the amount paid for services. We are not responsible for venue restrictions, power outages, or force majeure events.

Equipment Malfunction: In rare cases of equipment failure, we will attempt repairs or provide backup equipment. If service cannot be provided, a full refund will be issued.

Digital copies of all photos are provided via secure online gallery within 48 hours of your event. Gallery access is available for 15 days. Downloads are unlimited during this period.

Sharing strips are provided instantly during the event as part of your package.
